- Determining and monitoring the Clinic’s programs and services.
- Ensuring effective and efficient organizational planning and resource management.
- Providing financial oversight and governance of Community Health Services of Union County, Inc. and ensuring that it has adequate resources.
- Advocating for the Community Health Services of Union County, Inc. and enhancing its public image.
