These responsibilities include:

  • Determining and monitoring the Clinic’s programs and services.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient organizational planning and resource management.
  • Providing financial oversight and governance of Community Health Services of Union County, Inc. and ensuring that it has adequate resources.
  • Advocating for the Community Health Services of Union County, Inc. and enhancing its public image.
